Returns

Returns are not accepted.

All product sales are final. Customers should make sure the selected product is suitable for their vehicle and requirements before completing the purchase.

For products with a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact Aladdin as soon as possible so we can inspect the issue and determine the appropriate solution under the applicable warranty.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for standard product purchases.

Where a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Aladdin will review the case and may provide an exchange, repair or another appropriate remedy in accordance with the applicable warranty and circumstances.

If a refund is legally required in a particular situation, it will be handled in accordance with applicable United Arab Emirates law.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted.

Customers may request an exchange subject to product availability and Aladdin's approval.

• The exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, accessories and included parts should be returned where applicable.
• The product must not have been modified, altered, installed, painted or improperly fitted.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Exchange transportation costs

For an exchange requested for a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for all transportation or collection costs required to bring the product back to Aladdin and receive the replacement.

This includes any taxi, courier, delivery service or other transportation charges.

Customized or installed products

Products that have been customized, modified, installed, painted, fitted or otherwise altered specifically for a customer's vehicle are generally not eligible for exchange unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by a product defect or by Aladdin.

Defective products

If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact Aladdin as soon as possible. After inspection, Aladdin may provide an exchange, repair or another appropriate solution depending on the product, warranty and circumstances.

How to request an exchange

Contact Aladdin through WhatsApp or visit our store and provide your order or purchase details, the product name and the reason for the exchange. Photos or videos may be requested when needed.
